Shipping Policy for Pullers Rainwear

Thank you for shopping at Pullers Rainwear! We are committed to delivering your purchases in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy for important information about shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) on Friday will be processed on the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email, along with a tracking number once your items are shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Ireland):

    • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.
    • Cost: €5.99 for orders under €100. Free for orders over €100.

  • International Shipping (EU):

    • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.
    • Cost: €20.00.

  • International Shipping (Outside EU):

    • Estimated delivery time: 4-5 business days.
    • Cost: €25.00.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather, holidays, or postal delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you can contact us at hello@pullersrainwear.com to receive a tracking number. These vary depending on the destination of your shipment. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment through our carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently offer shipping to Ireland, the EU, and select international locations. If you are located outside of these regions and wish to place an order, please contact our customer service team at hello@pullersrainwear.com to inquire about shipping options.

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  • For Ireland, shipping is free on orders over €100.
  • For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on your location. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these charges, and they are not included in your order total at checkout.

Please contact your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

  • Lost or Stolen Orders: If your order is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us immediately at hello@pullersrainwear.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damaged item(s). We will assist you in arranging for a replacement or refund.

8. Order Changes or Cancellations

Once your order is processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. If you need to update your shipping address or change an item, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

9. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from the carrier, we will notify you and request an updated address. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
