Return and Refund Policy for Pullers Rainwear

At Pullers Rainwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds. Please read the following Return and Refund Policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer returns on products purchased from our website pullersrainwear.ie under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 21 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused, and resale-able condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Please note our returns process is currently being updated. Please ensure you follow the updated processes for returns as stated at the time.
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@pullersrainwear.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will assist you with the next steps.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Prepare the Return: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging/postage packaging and send to the address provided by return from the email you have sent to hello@pullersrainwear.com.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic and International Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on returned orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please note the following:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@pullersrainwear.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange a return and either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Check your bank or credit card account for updates.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@pullersrainwear.com including your order reference number for further assistance.
8. Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you before it ships. You can always initiate a return once the order is delivered.
